Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue for Youth (IIDY)

Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue for Youth (IIDY) is a dialogue with champions for change among the Malaysian youth to advocate for religious minorities’ rights as laid out in the Marrakesh Declaration and Freedom of Religion and Belief (FoRB)..  IIDY focused on two components: 1) a classroom activity to cultivate the exploration of inter-, intra-faith and intercultural relationships and basic rights as upheld in the Marrakesh Declaration and FORB, 2) a field trip to experience religious services with the public and religious leaders at worship places in Malaysia and translate the subjects learnt on the first day into real-life practices.
